一直想写一写脑，愈发现写不了。关健是怎么写，不是怕写不好，哪里就能写好呢？但写与不写还
不是事，因为写了，知识就巩固了。怎么写，还是有点为人。但是字，成词成句段落成贴子，本身
就该有章法可寻。原来想试译一下一本大脑简要，现在想还是随便的好。也许中文早有了译本，只
是中文网上难找到好的脑文章，只好自己耕耘一些。人到中年，了解一下脑，至少了解一下脑可能
有的病疾，实在是太重要了。最近买了一个三十一块组合的脑模型，想想初三生理卫生课中的脑部
位字汇，昨天组装了好一会，才把大脑结结实实地安装好了，摆在案头好写几个字。

现在读书购物都是英文，脑结构的一些名称还是拉丁，有的甚至源于古希腊。中译名好在一下成了
意，但不足的就是没有语词领悟的一整个过程，就象成译的世界名著，读读也平淡无奇，领悟不入
，不能留下长久记忆。我先把脑部位的一些名称英中对照一下，天太热，乍起个头，慢慢就好续下
去了。

Cerebellum, 小脑：coordinates body movement and maintains the body’s balance and 
equilibrium.

Frontal lobe, 额叶：controls many functions including movement, memory, language, 
social behavior, problem solving, decision making, emotion, and personality.

Parietal lobe, 顶叶：interprets sensory information of touch, pressure, temperature, 
and pain; involved with language comprehension.

Temporal lobe, 颞叶：controls auditory perception, speech, language comprehension, 
and visual recognition. 颞(nie4)

Occipital lobe, 枕叶：processes visual information and controls visual perception, including 
color recognition, sending the information to the parietal and temporal lobes.

Corpus callosum, 胼胝体：connects and communicates between the left and right sides 
of the brain. 胼(pian2)胝(zhi)

这回把它前后装反了，脑子怎么都合不严，才记住了Corpus callosum, 胼胝体:)

Brain stem, 脑干：contains the medulla oblongata, pons, and midbrain; connects spinal 
cord and controls some involuntary movements such as breathing and heart rate.

Hippocampus, 海马体：the part of the limbic system that involves memory retention 
and spatial orientation.

海马体也不好装，虽然是独立三叉头一小块，放在哪里都合不严，总算塞进了后脑门。英文名乍看
象河马，Hippo，原来是海马，形状有点海马，有关深远长久的记忆。

Ventricles, 脑室：hollow chamber that contains cerebrospinal fluid allowing it to move 
around the brain.

Insula, 脑岛：interprets experiences of pain, disgust, happiness, sadness, taste, and 
smell. 

难怪喜怒悲痛与味觉与嗅觉一样渗透心髓:)

Corpus striatum, 纹状体：connects the basal ganglia system with the rest of the brain 
to coordinate functions such as motor control, cognition, learning, and emotions.

Basal ganglia：基底神经节

Internal capsule, 脑内囊：contains fibers that connect the primary sensory areas of the 
cortex with the rest of the nervous sytem.

Cortex, 大脑皮层, Grey matter.

Lentiform nucleus, 豆状核：part of the basal ganglia composed of the globus pallidus 
and the putamen, which aids in learning reinforcement.
